Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest
& Nervous System Support

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious rest — a space where the body can soften, the mind can settle, and the nervous system is gently supported.
These recordings are here for moments when life feels heavy, restless, or overwhelming. Whether you’re experiencing insomnia, anxiety, burnout, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm, this practice offers a way to pause and be held in a state of guided rest.
Yoga Nidra can gently support those navigating chronic stress, trauma, or symptoms associated with PTSD, helping the body move towards a sense of safety and regulation over time. There is nothing you need to force or fix here — simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be guided.
You might return to these practices to support better sleep, nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Even when things feel difficult or uncertain, this is a space where you can rest without pressure.

If you’d like ongoing support, you’re welcome to explore my channel where I share regular Yoga Nidra practices to support mental health, stress relief, sleep, and nervous system regulation.
These sessions can be especially supportive if you experience overthinking, anxiety, burnout, insomnia, or emotional intensity, including patterns often associated with ADHD or rejection sensitivity (RSD). Each practice offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect — without pressure or expectation.
