Coaching is offered within a monthly container to support consistency, safety, and meaningful integration over time.

    A structured three-month foundation focused on creating safety, regulation, and clarity to support meaningful change. We work together at a pace that builds confidence and trust.
    Valid for 3 months
    • Sessions can include embodied awareness, if appropriate
  • PROCESS | INTEGRATION

    435£GB
    Every month
    A structured six-month programme supporting consistent practice, reflection, and sustainable shifts. We move at a pace guided by your capacity and readiness.
    Valid for 6 months
    • Sessions can include embodied awareness, if appropriate
  • PROCEED | IDENTITY SHIFT

    415£GB
    Every month
    A structured longer-term commitment focused on lasting pattern change and steady reconnection with yourself. Here, you can think clearly, breathe, and move forward without pressure or performance.
    Valid for 12 months
    • Sessions can include embodied awareness, if appropriate

Payment is monthly, and progress and fit are reviewed regularly. The work is always collaborative and paced with care — there is no expectation to push through or continue if the work no longer feels supportive.

Each plan is based upon weekly 60-minute trauma-informed coaching, paced to allow for grounding and reflective dialogue

A minimum notice period of one month applies to all containers.

 

A limited number of reduced-rate places are available for current or former military personnel. Please mention this during your initial consultation.
